Their are flags on beachs to tell that you must go in this area if you do'nt go there the tides will pull you back into the ocean far far away. There are life guards their is a thing called a life tube would you want to save someones life if there are trying to get out of the water but they can't what would you do what I will do is get a life tube if you do'nt have one use a water noodle.
